Author Biography

ISABEL RUIZ MORA, UNIVERSIDAD DE MÁLAGA

Isabel Ruiz es Máster en Gestión Estratégica e Innovación en Comunicación y Licenciada en Publicidad y Relaciones Públicas por la Universidad de Málaga. Actualmente es doctoranda en el programa de doctorado Comunicación Organizacional y becaria de investigación de la Junta de Andalucía. Su tesis doctoral versa sobre el papel de la Comunicación y las Relaciones Públicas en la Responsabilidad Social, concretamente estudia el ámbito de las organizaciones españolas.

  Es miembro del grupo de investigación SEJ370 “Las Relaciones Públicas en la pequeña y mediana empresa” de la Junta de Andalucía. Es miembro de la Asociación Española de Investigación en Comunicación (AE-IC), de la Asociación de Investigadores en Relaciones Públicas (AIRP) y de la Asociación Europea de Investigadores en Comunicación (ECREA).

 Sus investigaciones se centran en el papel que las Relaciones Públicas y la Comunicación deben asumir en los enfoques basados en la Responsabilidad Social de las organizaciones, la implicación y el diálogo con los públicos, el issues management y la imagen corporativa.
