Review of the book "The Routledge Handbook of Nonprofit Communication" edited in 2022 by Gisela Gonçalves and Evandro Oliveira and published by the Routledge - Taylor & Francis, with 374 pages in which 49 authors participate in 35 chapters developing at a theoretical and empirical level from a global vision the characteristics of the sector and its role in democratic societies; communication strategies, campaigns and case studies. A key reference that marks a turning point in the consolidation of this particular and transcendental field, already constituted as a field of study and professional practice.
